In order to request a redemption your account status must be Verified. Only Redeemable Smile Coins may be redeemed for prizes. Gold Coins and Unplayed Smile Coins are not eligible for redemption. A minimum balance of 100 Redeemable SC is required in order to submit a redemption request.
